To draw on your iOS phone or tablet open https://www.tinyimage.com in your browser and start drawing on the drawing area. Once done drawing press on "go" to send your image. You will receive a link to your drawing on your iOS device. You do not need an additional drawing app. Safari or another browser is sufficient.

Start your preferred browser or safari on your iOS device and open https://www.tinyimage.com. No app is necessary. Draw by touching on the drawing area. Change the color of the pen by selecting different colors. Vary the size of the pen by choosing different pen widths. Undo lines by touching the curved undo arrow. Try the color picker pipette to select a color from your drawing. Use the water drop to get transparent colors. Click on "go" to save your drawing and use it on your iOS device.
